I had the pleasure to meet Sargheve during the Google Launchpad Week in Campus Warsaw. He was one of the Product Strategy mentors. He gave our team many valuable advice on how to look at our product from different perspectives. And also on, how to be in the shoes of our target audience and better understand their needs ;). The exercises he proposed were absolutely great!

We did with Sargheve project where UX knowledge was critical element. He has got very deep knowledge on current trends in designing user’s interfaces. He provided always very convincing example and idea to be implemented. Moreover he understands limitations of a developing platform and he tries to adopt his idea to functionality available from the shelf. It was very effective. Having Sargheve on a board I felt more than safe.

Sargheve is very creative and innovative. He looks for inspiration for his ideas in everything he does. He is not afraid to pitch his new ideas or recommend changes even when things have been done the same way for years. He has excellent communication skills, and is willing to walk you through every step of his ideas. He listens well, and takes recommendations and criticisms very seriously, discussing or making changes as appropriate.

Sargheve is the perfect person to design innovative hardware for startup endeavours. The quality of work is extremely good - he does not make any compromises when it comes to work. Also, he understands the whole process very well - starting from understanding and defining the problem to the design and development of a final solution. Highly recommend him for future engagements.

Sargheve is a pleasure to work with.
